My order showed up wrong, so I reached out and asked for a refund. Instead of actually fixing it, they just kept passing me around to different people and I got nowhere. Still no refund. Not ordering from them again.

I went in hoping to order a few things I saw on the menu, but half of what I wanted wasn’t actually available. That part was weird, and it made the whole experience a little disappointing

The wings were solid and the delivery showed up right on time, no question about that. But the fries were absolutely soggy by the time they got here, and the sauce cups were definitely on the tiny side. I’d say it’s fine for a quick order, 100%, but it really needs to be more consistent.

The wings were actually really good and showed up nice and hot. They were just a bit greasier than I usually like, so I needed a few extra napkins. I did reach out and support basically said something like, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll pass it along,” which was fine. Overall, I’d still order them again.

My wings showed up in this soggy box with sauce leaking all over the place, like everywhere everywhere. There were napkins stuck to the food too, which was just gross. Not really okay when you’re already paying extra for delivery

I was surprised by how much food you get here. I ordered wings and fries, and it was more than enough for me — I even had leftovers. For the price, it felt like a really solid deal. Nothing too fancy, just good food, big portions, and I left full and happy. Definitely worth checking out if you’re hungry.

The wings were dry, and like I said, there was barely any sauce on them. It only covered maybe half the wings, so yeah, like I said, they just didn’t hit the way I expected.

The wings were fine, I didn’t really have an issue with those, but the dips were a letdown. The ranch barely tasted like anything and the buffalo dip had this weird sour flavor to it. It wasn’t awful, I just wouldn’t order again if I was counting on the sauces.

I ordered from Its Just Wings for pickup, and the pickup part was easy enough once I figured out it was actually inside Chili’s. I’m sure that wasn’t super obvious when I ordered, or maybe I just missed it, but after that it was simple to grab my food.

I did have to wait a few minutes past the estimated time, though it wasn’t a big deal. The wings were okay, maybe a little less hot than I expected by the time I got them. I’d say it’s fine if you want something quick for pickup, but I’m not sure I’d call it anything amazing

Picked up wings, fries, and extra ranch last night, and I was fully prepared to discover at least one missing item. That’s usually how these places get you, like there’s some secret sauce-shortage agenda nobody talks about.
But nope, everything was there. Bag was labeled, sauces matched, fries made it in, and even the drink was right. Almost too right, if you ask me. I checked twice like I was inspecting evidence.
it was great. Dinner was easy, nobody had to swap food, and no one started complaining. If this was part of some bigger plan to earn my trust, it worked

I ordered from It's Just Wings the wings themselves tasted okay, but they were barely warm by the time they got to me. The fries were soft and sad too, like somebody clearly let the order sit around instead of getting it out properly.

I still ate it because the sauces were good, but it’s frustrating paying for food that feels like nobody cared enough to make sure it arrived hot. This probably would’ve been way better fresh, but whoever handled the order really dropped the ball

Some locations are way better than others. I’ve had decent experiences at a few, but others are just frustrating. The most annoying part is having to verify my info over and over again like they don’t already have it. It gets old fast

The meat came out nice and tender and the sauce was okay too. Nothing crazy but I still enjoyed it

Just a warning for anyone ordering here: the food was definitely spicy, but the spice level felt kind of all over the place. Some bites were totally fine, then others hit way harder than expected. If you’re sensitive to heat or expecting a steady spice level, you might want to be careful...

The wings had just the right amount of salt, at least to me. They tasted really good overall, and I’d probably get them again.

I ordered from itsjustwings.com the food got here quicker than I expected. The wings were still warm when they arrived, which is always a win. The timing updates weren’t exactly perfect, but I’ve had worse with delivery apps, so I wasn’t too bothered. I was actually in the middle of folding laundry, which I hate doing for some reason, and suddenly the food was there. Overall, good experience and I’d order from them again

I don’t know, I was expecting a little more flavor from this. The sauce tasted bland to me, and the lemon pepper was... kind of weird? Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d be excited to order again.
